Michala gained a significant part of her professional education abroad. Before graduating law school, she studied at LBJ Early College High School in Texas, USA, Oxford Brookes University in Great Britain and the University of Southern California in LA, USA. During her legal studies she was already gaining valuable work experience, for instance as a paralegal in the law firm of Havel & Partners, or at the district court of Ostrava (both at civil and criminal departments).

In the year 2012 she graduated the Palacký University of Law in Olomouc and accepted an offer to work in a law firm Justich Legal in Vienna, Austria. Besides gaining significant work experience she also focused on her doctoral thesis comparing chosen issues of Czech and Austrian procedural law. After defending the thesis and passing the doctoral exam she gained the title „JUDr.“.

Michala went on to complete three years as a legal associate in the law firm Pyšný, Srba & Partneři in Ostrava, where she focused on corporate law, representing leading companies in the financial, engineering, machinery and thermal industries.

In the years 2014 – 2015 she studied at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she mainly focused on corporate law and international transactions. She got her LL.M. title (High Honors) in the year 2015, together with a business law certificate.

In the year 2015 she also passed the Czech bar exam with honors and became an attorney at law.

In 2019, she founded PURE Legal and has been the Managing Partner of the firm since 2020.

Since 2021 Míša is a member of the Board of Directors of the Czech Bar Association. Subsequently, she was also elected Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of the Czech Bar Association.
