Jana graduated the Masaryk University of Law in Brno in 2011.

During her studies she gained vaulable experience while working for Havel & Partners, attorneys at law. During following years she worked for various legal firms as well as for a insolvency administrator in Ostrava, where she mostly focused on corporate law, litigations and insolvency.

In the year 2014 Jana passed both the insolvency administrator´s exam and the bar exam (with honors).

Since 2015 Jana is an independent attorney and she runs her practice of insolvency administrator as a member of an unlimited company Ostravská insolvenční v.o.s. Jana focuses mainly on corporate law, contract law and insolvency law and also prepares professional trainings for clients in her area of specialization.

Jana has been a partner at PURE Legal since 2020.
